Usage & Limits 📊
Every Konvoq plan includes limits on how much you can use certain features. This page explains what's tracked and what happens when you get close to a limit.
Go to Dashboard → Usage to see your current numbers.
What's tracked
| Metric | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Total conversations started this billing period |
| Vector storage | Number of knowledge chunks stored in your index |
| Scraped pages | Website pages currently indexed |
| Team seats | Active team members in your workspace |
| Active flows | Number of live conversation flows |
Understanding vector storage
When you add content to your knowledge base (documents, FAQs, scraped pages), Konvoq converts each piece into a vector — a mathematical representation that makes semantic search possible.
Each chunk of content uses one vector slot. A typical document might produce 20–50 vectors. A large website scrape might produce several thousand.
Your plan includes a vector storage limit. When you're near the limit:
- The usage page shows a warning banner
- The AI keeps working until you hit the hard limit
- You can free up space by deleting outdated scraped pages or documents
What happens at the limit?
| Metric | At the limit |
|---|---|
| Conversations | New conversations are queued or blocked (depending on plan) |
| Vector storage | New content can't be indexed until space is freed |
| Scraped pages | New scrape jobs are blocked |
| Team seats | New invitations are blocked |
| Active flows | No new flows can be activated |
Upgrading your plan
Go to Account → Billing to see available plans and upgrade. Changes take effect immediately — new limits apply as soon as payment is confirmed.
:::tip Delete before you upgrade Before upgrading just to get more vector storage, check if you have old scraped pages from before a major redesign. Deleting stale content is free and often frees up significant space. :::
