Usage & Limits 📊

Every Konvoq plan includes limits on how much you can use certain features. This page explains what's tracked and what happens when you get close to a limit.

Go to Dashboard → Usage to see your current numbers.

Understanding vector storage

When you add content to your knowledge base (documents, FAQs, scraped pages), Konvoq converts each piece into a vector — a mathematical representation that makes semantic search possible.

Each chunk of content uses one vector slot. A typical document might produce 20–50 vectors. A large website scrape might produce several thousand.

Your plan includes a vector storage limit. When you're near the limit:

  • The usage page shows a warning banner
  • The AI keeps working until you hit the hard limit
  • You can free up space by deleting outdated scraped pages or documents

What happens at the limit?

MetricAt the limit
ConversationsNew conversations are queued or blocked (depending on plan)
Vector storageNew content can't be indexed until space is freed
Scraped pagesNew scrape jobs are blocked
Team seatsNew invitations are blocked
Active flowsNo new flows can be activated

Upgrading your plan

Go to Account → Billing to see available plans and upgrade. Changes take effect immediately — new limits apply as soon as payment is confirmed.

:::tip Delete before you upgrade Before upgrading just to get more vector storage, check if you have old scraped pages from before a major redesign. Deleting stale content is free and often frees up significant space. :::
