Go-Live Checklist ✅
Before you flip the switch and let real visitors talk to Konvoq, take 10 minutes to run through this list. It'll save you from embarrassing mistakes on day one.
🔧 Widget installation
- The snippet on your live site uses your production workspace key — not a dev or staging key
- There's only one copy of the snippet per page (duplicates cause the widget to load twice)
- The chat bubble appears on your live URL when you open it in an incognito window
- You've added your production domain in Widget → Security → Allowed Domains
🧠 Knowledge base
- Your most important pages are scraped and show status
donein Knowledge → Scraped Pages - Top FAQs are added — think about the 10 questions your support team answers most
- You've had a test conversation and Konvoq returned accurate, grounded answers (not hallucinations)
:::tip Test like a real user Open your site in an incognito window, pretend you're a new visitor, and ask 5–10 questions a real customer would ask. Check that the answers are correct and useful. :::
