Konvoq doesn't know anything about your product out of the box. You need to teach it — like handing a new employee your company handbook and making them read the whole thing.
The more content you add, the smarter and more accurate the answers get.
Where to manage content
Everything lives in Dashboard → Knowledge. You'll see four types of content you can add:

Scrape your website
This is the fastest way to get started. Konvoq visits your website pages automatically and reads them, just like a search engine crawler.
- Go to Knowledge → Scrape URLs
- Enter your website's URL (e.g.
https://yoursite.com) - Click Start Scraping
- Watch the status update in real time — when pages show
done, the AI is already using them

Upload documents
Got a PDF manual, a Word doc with your policies, or a spreadsheet of product specs? Upload them directly.
Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLSX, XLS Max file size: 10 MB per file
- Go to Knowledge → Documents
- Click Upload
- Select your file — Konvoq extracts the text, splits it into small chunks, and makes it searchable
Add FAQs
FAQs are exact-match answers — when a visitor asks something that closely matches your FAQ question, Konvoq returns that answer directly (before even searching your other content).
Use them for questions where there's one correct answer:
"What is your refund policy?" "What hours is support available?" "How much does the Pro plan cost?"
- Go to Knowledge → FAQs
- Click Add FAQ
- Type the question as a visitor would ask it
- Type the complete answer
- Save
Add text entries
Text entries are small, freeform knowledge snippets. Perfect for information that doesn't fit neatly into a document or FAQ:
- Business hours
- Office address
- Short policy summaries
- Pricing tiers
Go to Knowledge → Text → Add Entry, paste your content, and save. It's available to the AI immediately.
Check what's indexed
Go to Knowledge → Scraped Pages to see every page Konvoq has read, its current status, and how many pieces of content it produced.

Keep it fresh
The AI only knows what you've given it. If you publish new pages or update your docs, re-scrape or re-upload so the AI gets the latest version.
:::warning Stale content = wrong answers If you update your pricing page but don't re-scrape it, Konvoq will still quote the old price. Make it a habit to re-scrape after major content updates. :::
