Text Entries ๐Ÿ“

Text entries are the simplest way to add knowledge to Konvoq. Just type or paste a short piece of text โ€” no file, no URL, no formatting required.

Manage text entries at Dashboard โ†’ Knowledge โ†’ Text.


What are text entries for?โ€‹

Text entries are ideal for short, factual information that doesn't fit neatly into a document or FAQ:

  • ๐Ÿ• Business hours ("We're open Monday to Friday, 9amโ€“6pm EST")
  • ๐Ÿ“ Office address
  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Pricing tiers ("Starter: $29/month ยท Pro: $79/month ยท Enterprise: custom")
  • ๐Ÿ“‹ Short policy summaries
  • ๐Ÿ—’๏ธ Notes you want the AI to always know

Adding a text entryโ€‹

  1. Go to Knowledge โ†’ Text
  2. Click Add Entry
  3. Type or paste your content
  4. Click Save

That's it โ€” the AI can use it immediately. No scraping, no upload, no waiting.


Tips for writing good text entriesโ€‹

Be direct. Write it as a statement of fact, not as a question-and-answer.

"We ship to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.""Shipping info..." โ€” too vague

Keep entries short. Each entry should cover one topic. If your text is more than a few paragraphs, upload it as a document instead.


Deleting text entriesโ€‹

Click the trash icon next to any entry to delete it. The AI stops using that content immediately.
