After a visitor leaves a conversation, Konvoq can automatically send them a follow-up email — a friendly nudge that keeps your business top of mind.
Set this up at Dashboard → Leads → Follow-Up.
Why follow-up emails matter
Most visitors who chat with your widget won't convert on their first visit. A well-timed follow-up email — sent automatically, with no effort from your team — gives them a reason to come back.
Enabling follow-up emails
- Go to Leads → Follow-Up
- Toggle Auto Follow-Up on
- Set the delay — how long after the conversation ends before the email is sent
- 30 minutes works well for most use cases
- Use a longer delay (e.g. 2 hours) for technical support conversations
- Customize the email subject and body
- Save
Template variables
Personalize the email with variables that Konvoq fills in automatically:
