Lead Capture 📋
Konvoq can ask visitors for their contact information during a conversation and save them as leads — automatically. No forms on a separate page, no interruptions, just a natural ask at the right moment.
Configure this at Dashboard → Leads → Settings.
How it works
The AI watches for the right moment during a conversation, then naturally asks:
"Before I continue — can I get your name and email so we can follow up if needed?"
When the visitor provides their details, Konvoq saves them as a lead in your dashboard.
Enabling lead capture
- Go to Dashboard → Leads → Settings
- Toggle Lead Capture on
- Choose when to prompt the visitor:

|---|---|
| After first message | High-intent pages (pricing, demo) |
| After N messages | When the visitor is engaged |
| On specific intent | Pricing questions, demo requests |
Viewing your leads
Go to Dashboard → Leads to see every captured contact:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name & email | The contact information provided |
| Source URL | Which page they were on |
| Timestamp | When the lead was captured |
| Follow-up status | Whether a follow-up email was sent |
Sending leads to your CRM
Use webhooks to automatically push new leads to HubSpot, your own backend, or any other CRM. See Webhooks and HubSpot Integration for details.
Exporting leads
Download all leads as a CSV from Leads → Export. The file includes name, email, source URL, and timestamp.
